i.Have presented a paper in 23rd Session of “United Nation’s Working Group on Indigenous Population (UNWGIP) on Chakma Hajong at Geneva,Switzerland in 2005. ii.Was the lone Indian representative for International Visitors Leadership Program (IVLP) with theme “Leadership Development for Young Political Leaders” In United States of America Between April – May 2008, to understand the Presidential Election and American Democracy. iii.Was a part of Indian Delegation for the Celebration of United Nations Declaration on Rights of Indigenous People (UNDRIP) at Chiangmai, Thailand, in the year 2008. iv.Attended a General Assembly of “International Forum for Democracy and Peace ’’ (IFDP) at Istanbul, Turkey in the year 2013.. v.Attended International Human Rights Training on United Nations Model, at The Hague, Netherland In November of 2006, this was organized by Unrepresented Nations and People’s Organization (UNPO). |
